MonTek LLC ("MonTek", "we", "us") operates www.montekllc.com (the "Site") to describe our technology consulting services and to let visitors contact us. This policy explains what information we collect through the Site and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional organization, inquiry type and the message you write. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested and request time. This data is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure and diagnose problems.

Stored with your inquiry. When you submit the contact form, we save your message together with the date and time, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and the automated spam-check score. We use this to respond to you, to keep a record of business inquiries and to prevent abuse. Your name, email address, organization and message may also be recorded in our customer relationship management (CRM) service so that we can follow up with you.

reCAPTCHA. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from automated software. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you interact with the page and sends it to Google, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work or teaming arrangements.
• To send you a single automatic confirmation email after you contact us. It is not a newsletter, and it does not add you to any mailing list.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site and prevent spam and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site, handle email and manage our business relationships (for example our web host and email provider, Google for reCAPTCHA, and HubSpot, a customer relationship management service where we store inquiries and track follow-up), and when required by law or to protect our rights. These providers may process information only to provide their services to us.

Cookies and analytics

The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies or similar technologies as described in Google's policies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

Retention

We keep inquiries, including the records described above, for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, and then delete them in the normal course of business. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time (see "Your choices").

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have sent us by emailing info@montekllc.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

The Site is intended for business visitors and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
